The VIVID+ project offers 55 serviced residential apartments for senior citizens in Leuven, in the new ‘Tweewaters’ neighbourhood, between the Vaartkom and the Dyle. Deliberately integrated into the VIVID real estate project, these dwellings enable ideal cohabitation among residents of all ages, adding considerable value to the rest of the project.
