The works for the second phase of the residential project l’Alliance were launched at the end of September 2018 with the contractor Dherte.

They consist of two buildings with a total of 59 apartments. Most of the apartments meet the ‘passive’, criteria, while the others meet the Walloon Region’s ‘low energy’ criteria.
